Appointment

Manages patient admission procedures, patient data and historical records, identification of new patients and their personal information to the system and organizes the scheduled visits such as daily treatments and imaging tests ensures adaptable timing slots.

Billing

Manages the accurate invoicing mechanism for services rendered to a patient and determines respective amount of fees to be charged to related payors.

Contract Management

Refers to management of defined price lists of all services arrange with contracted companies like public and private institutions.

Operating Theatre

Refers to manage operating rooms and their reservations for surgeries, information on surgeries in progress and respective patient identification codes. Physicians reserve operating rooms for each surgery so that electronic schedules can be followed by users, and the status of surgeries in progress can be viewed by patient’s accompaniers like, “surgery in progress”, “surgery completed”, “patient in recovery room” etc. Information regarding the nurse in charge, operating kits and materials, operating team, costs of surgical items to be charged are verifiedin the system.

Reservation Management

Manages inpatient hospitalization process about admission and accommodation courses in which service the patient is admitted.

Food & Beverage

Refers to manage dietary food ordered by physicians and cafeteria orders for inpatients and their hospital accompaniers.
